Manitoba Pony Club (MPC) Reciprocity Agreement
MHT Opportunities for MPC Members
MPC members are eligible to participate in MHT Derbies, Sanctioned Shows, and Clinics:

2026 Event Schedule (Birds Hill Park):

June 6–7: Sanctioned Horse Trials

June 29: Selena O’Hanlon-Fox One-Day Clinic
-
July 18–19: Two-Day Derby
-
September 19–20: Two-Day Derby
-

Additional Activities: MPC members may join the May mini-clinic and the October Fun Day.

Terms & Limitations: Reciprocity participants will be identified within MHT and are not eligible for:

MHT support funding (travel, clinics, or athlete development).

Standard MHT competition points, year-end awards, or voting rights.

Special MPC Award: To support the future of the sport, MHT will track scores to present a Year-End Award at the fall banquet for the MPC member with the lowest combined seasonal score. MHT requests a donated prize for this award.
MPC Opportunities for MHT Members
Manitoba Pony Club extends eligibility to MHT members in good standing (with active MHC and MHT memberships) to participate in:

Events: Any MPC Branch/Centre or Manitoba Pony Club Shows.

Exclusions: This eligibility does not include Regional Championships, clinics, or events designated as member-specific.
Manitoba Dressage Club (MDC) Reciprocity Agreement
2026 MHT Show Schedule (Birds Hill Park):

June 6–7: ICE Provincially Sanctioned & EC Bronze/Silver Sanctioned

July 18–19: Two-Day Derby
-
September 19–20: Two-Day Derby
Clinics & Events: Open access to mini-clinics and “Fun Days” scheduled for February, May, and October.
Terms & Limitations: Reciprocity participants are recognized as a specific member class within MHT. They are not eligible for:

MHT support funding (clinics, athlete development, or travel).

Accumulation of competition points or year-end awards.

Voting rights within the organization.

Manitoba Dressage Club Opportunities for MHT Members
In exchange, MDC offers complimentary memberships to MHT members in good standing (possessing active MHC and MHT memberships). This provides eligibility for the following 2026 shows at Birds Hill Park:

Manitoba Hunter Jumper Association (MHJA) Reciprocity Agreement
MHT Opportunities for MHJA Members
MHJA members are eligible to compete in MHT Events featuring Dressage, Stadium, and Cross Country phases, as well as educational dates:

Clinics & Activities: MHJA members are invited to join MHT mini-clinics and “Fun Days” held in February, May, and October.

Terms & Limitations: Reciprocity participants will be identified as such within MHT records and are not eligible for:

MHT support funding (out-of-province travel, athlete development, or clinics).

The collection of competition points or year-end awards.

Organizational voting rights.

MHJA Opportunities for MHT Members
In return, the MHJA offers MHT members in good standing (with active MHC and MHT memberships) eligibility for the following shows for a one-time fee of $30 per show:

Summer Out of the City: August 22–23, 2026
