Manitoba Horse Trials: 2026 Course User Registration

Individual Rider Schooling – Birds Hill Park

Registration for the 2026 season is now officially open! This form is required for all riders planning to school on the Birds Hill Cross Country Course.


Registration Dates

Start Date: Friday, May 1, 2026

End Date: Saturday, October 31, 2026 (11:59 PM CDT) *Subject to change due to weather


Fee Structure

Riders must pay a course user fee for every visit to the course.

Individual Session $20.00 Members & Non-Members 
Annual Pass $200.00 Single rider; one or multiple horses
Half-Day Rental $200.00 Full course rental
Full-Day Rental $400.00 Full course rental

Note for Annual Pass Holders: You must still submit this form for every visit to notify MHT of your presence on the course.


Mandatory Requirements

Coaching: All riders must be supervised by a current EC Registered/Licensed or MHC Registered Grassroots coach who is registered in the MHT system.

Memberships: MHT membership is not required, but a valid MHC Membership is mandatory.

Safety Gear: Helmets and Body Vests must be worn at all times. Vests must meet or exceed ASTM F1937-04 (2017), BETA Level 3, or EN 13158-2018 standards.

Waivers: The Acknowledgment of Risk and Release of Liability Waiver must be signed and submitted once per year before your first session.


Booking & Scheduling

Advance Notice: Register at least 48 hours in advance. Time slots are first-come, first-served, and the number of riders is limited.

Confirmation: Your specific time slot will be verified and confirmed via email.

All forms and payments must be received before you go on the course.
