Early Bird rates in effect until March 31st, 2026:

Family Membership: $150 (early bird rate $135)

Senior Membership: $60 (early bird rate $45)

Junior Membership: $45 (early bird rate $25)

*Please note there are Volunteer hours required for each membership, so ensure that you have read the requirements for each membership

  • Payment can be made by cheque as well. Please send along with the volunteer cheque/fee to the Treasurer. Please email mht.info18@gmail.com for address to mail the cheque.

CROSS-COUNTRY COURSE USE

Single Course use: $20

Annual Rider Schooling Fee: $200 (MHT members only)

  • All riders must pay a course user fee each time the Birds Hill Park cross-country course is being used during specified schooling periods. 
  • This form must be filled in and submitted every time you use the course. 
  • Required memberships:
    • MHC membership is mandatory for all riders.
    • MHT membership is not necessary to school the cross country course, however you must have an EC Registered/Certified coach present. 

COACHES

All coaches who take students to school the Birds Hill Park cross-country course must hold a current EC Registered Coach; EC Licensed Coach number or be an MHC Grassroots Coach. 

    • Required memberships:
      • MHC membership is mandatory for all coaches.

Check out our RECIPROCITY AGREEMENTS with other clubs! These are agreements we have with other clubs in order to support one another without having to pay a costly temporary membership or full membership if riders would like to go to other shows.
