Late Entries: Subject to a $30.00 late fee after May 24th 11:59pm. No exceptions.
Refund Policy: Full refund before Closing Date. After Closing Date, refunds require a medical/vet note and are subject to a $30 administration fee.
Memberships: MHT Members must be in good standing. Reciprocity/Out of Province riders must submit proof of membership to the Secretary.
Documentation: Competitors are responsible for printing their own maps and schedules.
SCHEDULE
Friday, June 5th:
5:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Warm-ups available (SJ & Dressage rings). Sign-up required; rider-provided coach must be present.
Saturday, June 6th:
8:30 AM: XC and Stadium courses open for walking.
9:00 AM: Dressage commences.
1:00 PM: Show Jumping commences.
Evening: Competitor Dinner (Details to follow).
Sunday, June 7th:
8:30 AM: Cross Country.

Camping: Birds Hill Park via MB Parks Reservation (1-888-482-2267).
Directions: Dressage, Stadium, and Stabling are held at the MHC Equestrian Facility.
Cross Country is located in the SE corner of the park.
